I really like the ride guide! Really helpful tips. Love the ideas about creating rides around hobbies, dressing up etc. I think making it fun will help. I'm putting my thinking cap on!

This is probably helpful for chatting with people for a variety of reasons, not just council, so I thought I'd share a link to a video from 2018 that lays out the economics of active transportation. Canadian, and probably info you're already familiar with.
